RICHARD E. CRUM

(born November 22, 1969) graduated from Montgomery Academy in Montgomery, Alabama.  Thereafter he attended Auburn University where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History in 1991.   He was a member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity at Auburn.  Mr. Crum earned his law degree at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1994.  At Cumberland, Mr. Crum was Magister of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity.  He is a member of the State Bars of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.  He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama, and Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.  Mr. Crum is a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the Houston County Bar Association. His practice is limited to civil litigation, with an emphasis on civil trial work, insurance defense and workers compensation.

 Richard is married to Allison M. Crum of Dothan, Alabama, and has four children.
